Braveheart

Review: Braveheart is a violent, passionate epic about the real-life
Scottish hero William Wallace, a common man who led a revolt against
the ruling English that eventually led to the independence of Scotland.
Gibson (Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome), who starred, produced and
directed, deserves a lot of credit for undertaking such an ambitious
project and making it very entertaining. The almost three-hour
film rarely drags. Braveheart will probably be most remembered
for it's battles, which are huge, bloody spectacles. The cinematography
and musical score are beautiful as well. If you enjoyed this film,
I recommend another grand epic...Gladiator. -Review by Aaron Caldwell
